Assistant Project Manager


Upside Endeavors is seeking experienced project managers working in the medical communications industry.

A project manager ensures delivery of projects on time and within budget.

  • Responsible for project progress through liaison with client, healthcare providers and with other company personnel.
  • Responsible for organizing regular project team meetings, agenda development, and time and events schedule.
  • Independently organizes project meetings with client and internal teams.
  • Develops and manages project timelines.
  • Provides briefing and direction to support personnel on allocated projects, where appropriate.
  • Recruits and confirms faculty for events.
  • Manages project budgets and assists in financial reconciliations.
  • Onsite program management.

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree (or at least 2 years of pharmaceutical industry or agency experience) or other comparable combination of education training and experience
  • Possess strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects with strict timelines
  • Must be exceptionally computer literate: MS Office (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Domestic and International Travel required
